Services
One core. Six ways to make it stronger.
Each of the six is a service on its own, and each starts with its own diagnostic. Take one, take two that belong together, or take all six as the Diagnostic 360.
OperationsBusinessCore
A calmer shift, from the first booking to the last bill.
The operations diagnostic reads how your day really runs: staff hours against sales, hour by hour, how a booking reaches the table, how stock and repairs are handled, and which tools your team fights with. Then we set up BusinessCore, our own software, where it helps.
Operations diagnostic
Staff hours read against demand
Software set-up and team training
Shift tasks set up in BusinessCore
Planned maintenance
Pairs well withAutomation
Intelligence
See what your numbers have been trying to tell you.
The intelligence diagnostic connects to your till, your staff tool and your bookings, checks the data can be trusted, then runs the detectors that fit your data, from our set of 53. Every finding arrives ranked, in money, as a range with the word potential next to it.
Intelligence diagnostic
Monthly management report
Dashboards your managers actually open
Labour-cost analysis
Data connected and cleaned up
Pairs well withStrategy
Strategy
Decisions you can defend on a Monday morning.
The strategy diagnostic reads your menu, rates or price list against what customers actually choose: what earns and what costs, what sells alongside what, and how your prices sit on your street. Benchmarks start with your own best days and locations, then your local market, never a slide from somewhere else.
Strategy diagnostic
Menu and product mix: what earns and what costs
Action plans in money ranges
Pricing against your costs and your street
Offers, bundles and group menus
Pairs well withIntelligence
Growth
More of the right customers, counted in sales and bookings, not clicks.
The growth diagnostic reads where your customers come from and what each one costs you: ads, maps, reviews, booking and sales platforms and their commissions, and the screens in your shop or venue. Then we run it all as one plan, measured against real sales and bookings.
Growth diagnostic
Google Ads and search
Reviews: reading them and answering them
Booking platforms and direct bookings
Screens and signage in your shop or venue
Email campaigns to customers who agreed to hear from you
Pairs well withPresence
Presence
A website that sounds like you, and gets found.
The presence diagnostic checks what a customer sees before choosing you: your website, your Google profile, directories, AI answers and the languages your customers speak. Then we build or rebuild the site from your real business: what you sell, what customers say, how to reach you.
Presence diagnostic
New websites and rebuilds
Sites in the languages your customers speak
Google profile and directory clean-up
Structure that search engines and AI answers can read
Pairs well withGrowth
Automation
Checks that run on their own, once they have earned it.
The automation diagnostic finds the repetitive work that eats your team's hours: inboxes, reports, reconciliations, reminders. We automate only what has proved itself, with a hard limit agreed first. Nothing changes, sends or spends without a person saying yes.
Automation diagnostic
A booking inbox that sorts requests and drafts replies
Automatic checks that raise findings
Alerts when a number moves
Automated reports
Pairs well withOperations
One area, a pair, or the whole business.
Every diagnostic has a fixed fee agreed before we start, and ends with a ranked report that stays yours.
1
A single diagnostic
€690one-time
One area read in depth, for when you already know where it hurts.
All six areas in one ranked list of where money slips away. It also catches what single diagnostics cannot see: a price change that moves your staffing, a review trend that moves your bookings.
Built for hotels and restaurants; for other businesses we run the diagnostics that fit.
Our operating software for running a business day to day. Six modules share one memory, and the home screen gathers what is pending in the ones you use, so you see what needs attention first.
You choose the modules your business needs. If one does not fit the way you work, leave it out; you can add it later.
What each module does for you
Point of sale
Each order goes to the till, and to the team that prepares it, in one tap. Every line is kept, so later you can see what sold, when, and at what price.
Reservations
One diary for the bookings and requests you take on your website, by phone or in person. Deposits, reminders and reconfirmations go out on their own, with a waiting list, gift vouchers and a short survey after the visit.
People
Contracts, rotas, clock-ins, tasks and pay in one place. You see hours against sales, hour by hour, before the month closes, not after.
Inventory
Supplier orders, deliveries checked against invoices, stock counts and product costs. You know what each product costs you today, not what it cost last year.
Maintenance
Anyone can report a breakdown by scanning the QR label on the machine. Planned upkeep has its own monthly list, and you keep a record of who fixed what.
Marketing
Ads, email campaigns, your customer list, reviews and social media in one view, measured against real bookings instead of clicks.
Cora. The assistant inside the software. It answers your team's questions about each task. It suggests; you decide.
Hotels, restaurants and growing businesses in Spain, Serbia and Iraq.
Boutique hotel · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
Growth
Its awards were nowhere on its own website.
What we found
In September 2026, guests rated it among the city's best on Google, Booking.com and Tripadvisor. Its website named none of its awards and took about 25 seconds to show its main photo on a phone.
How we checked
We read the reviews, tested the site on a phone and counted where reviewers come from to choose the languages.
What we built
Three website concepts in five languages chosen from where its reviewers come from: English, Serbian, Russian, German and Turkish, with the awards where a guest looks first.
Four-star hotel · Erbil, Iraq
Presence
Growth
Strategy
A twin room bigger than a nearby hotel's junior suite. We made that the pitch.
What we found
Its twin room measures 44 m², larger than a nearby competitor's junior suite at 40 m². Booking sites listed the hotel under two different names.
How we checked
We compared its public listings with six hotels nearby, in the languages its guests read.
What we built
A website in Kurdish (Sorani), Arabic and English, a brand analysis and an owner's brief in three languages.
Steakhouse · Spain
Strategy
Intelligence
The most expensive cut on the menu was the worst priced.
What we found
The tomahawk sold at just over twice its cost. Only 51.8% of bills with a steak included a paid side, and a bacon extra sold for €0.60 cost €0.43 to make.
How we checked
We matched ticket lines from the till with the cost of each piece and the grams printed on the menu, dish by dish.
What we built
A new menu in four languages, its first with real recipe costs behind it, and group menus in several languages. At our last check, the new menu was not on the till yet.
Restaurant · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
Growth
First for its own name, missing from every other search.
What we found
The team answered 129 of its 130 newest reviews and the restaurant came first on all 6 searches for its name, yet it appeared in none of 11 searches a new guest would make. On a phone the site took 9.6 seconds to show its main content, and 71 of the 78 pages it offered Google were empty.
How we checked
We ran the searches a new guest would make and measured the site with speed data from real visitors.
What we built
A 35-page audit in Serbian with a 90-day plan, and a glossary of 36 terms.
Events venue and restaurant · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
Google was still sending guests to 16 pages that no longer exist.
What we found
Of the 28 addresses Google listed for its website, 16 old ones led to an error page.
How we checked
We ran 36 searches from Belgrade and checked its social profiles, its listings and a second domain that sent visitors to the site.
What we built
An audit in Serbian with a 90-day plan, and a glossary of 65 terms.
Coffee chain · Serbia
Presence
Growth
Thousands of happy reviews, and no reply on the newest 200.
What we found
In September 2026, its cafés held a strong Google average across thousands of reviews, yet none of the 200 newest on three profiles had a reply. On a phone, the website took over four seconds to show its main content, and a link from its Instagram led to an error page.
How we checked
We read its reviews and social posts over time and used the site the way a guest would.
What we built
A new website in Serbian and English, examples of review replies and a 90-day plan.
Restaurant group · Spain
Automation
Operations
Real group requests were landing in the junk pile.
What we found
The filter meant to catch junk mail had filed at least 10 real booking requests as noise. Two had no reply, one of them a group enquiry from a travel company.
How we checked
We read the messages the filter had thrown away, looking for booking signals: dates, group sizes, numbers of guests.
What we built
A filter designed to keep back any message with booking signals instead of filing it as noise. Its first run brought back real requests the old one had binned.
Two restaurants · Spain
Intelligence
Strategy
We found the gap. Then we checked our own number.
What we found
Over the same two months, the difference between the two restaurants was food volume, not prices and not drinks.
How we checked
We read point-of-sale tickets, line by line, for the same window in both restaurants.
What we built
A plan in money ranges. A later check showed that a menu change partway through the window had halved the gap, so our July range turned out too high for the months after the change.
Manufacturer and exporter · Serbia
Presence
466 pages its owners never wrote.
What we found
Attackers had planted 466 spam pages, casinos and quick loans, among the 524 posts on its website, and Google was showing some of them under the company's name.
How we checked
We checked every post on the site and searched Google the way a customer would.
What we built
A clean new site in Serbian and English, built as a proposal. On launch, all 466 spam addresses answer 'gone', the signal that asks Google to drop them.
Sports shop · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
Strategy
Sold out on the page, still in the cart.
What we found
In September 2026, a racket marked sold out could still be added to the cart, and two sample models cost more than at a local competitor.
How we checked
We shopped the site the way a buyer would, then compared prices model by model.
What we built
An online presence audit in Serbian, with every finding tied to its source.
Jewellery maker · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
Growth
Customers kept asking the price. One post in 529 gave it.
What we found
Median likes per post fell from 1,581 in 2021 to 167 in 2026. On its top post of 2026, 13 of the first 16 comments asked the price, and the shop did not show up on Google for the searches its buyers make.
How we checked
We went through its full Instagram history, 529 posts, and ran the searches its buyers would make.
What we built
An online shop draft with 151 products and a 90-day growth plan.
Architecture and interior studio · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
A directory came before the studio for its own name.
What we found
A directory profile outranked the studio's own website, its contact form could fail without warning, its Instagram sent visitors to LinkedIn, and it did not appear on the map next to other architects in Belgrade.
How we checked
We gathered its projects, press coverage and profiles, and checked the files of its current site.
What we built
A new 16-page site in Serbian and English, built around its project galleries.
Car rental · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
No website, no logo, no profiles. We started from zero.
What we found
The company had five cars and nothing online: no website, no logo, no colours, no social media.
How we checked
Every fact came from the owner's own message; the photos stay illustrative until the real ones arrive.
What we built
A brand kit with logo and colours, and a site in Serbian and English where a customer prepares a WhatsApp booking message.
Veterinary clinic · Belgrade, Serbia
Presence
Pet owners love it. Its website did not say why.
What we found
Its Google reviews are close to perfect and praise experienced vets and good advice, yet services listed in directories, such as X-rays, were missing from its own three-page site.
How we checked
We read its reviews and compared its website with its directory listings.
What we built
A new site in Serbian and English with every service, an 'open now' sign and a way to request an appointment by email.
Find it. Fix it. Keep watching.
Three moves, in this order. Each one has to earn the next.
Diagnose
We run the diagnostics you chose: one, a pair or all six. Data from your systems must pass 10 checks before we trust it, and every finding arrives ranked, as a money range wherever money can be measured.
Fix one lever
We take the most valuable finding we have a proven method for and carry it to real change, with its limits and its measurement agreed first. Rotas and purchasing we diagnose; your team decides, with our numbers.
Keep watch
Once the first two have proved themselves, we keep reading your numbers and raise findings before you ask, within limits agreed first. You only confirm.
Pricing
What it costs, before you ask.
The software has a monthly price per module and per location, in your country's currency. Our work with you is priced in euros, and in baht in Thailand: start with a free diagnostic, take each step only once the one before has earned it, and never pay for the same work twice.
The software on its own
BusinessCore, month by month.
Pay for the modules you use, in each location. We set up the software and train your team once; after that you change modules, plans and locations yourself, from your panel. Cora, the assistant that answers your team's questions, comes with every plan.
Basic
€14.90per module and location, a month
All six modules:€49a month
The software, module by module, with Cora to answer questions.
Any of the six modules: point of sale, reservations, people, inventory, maintenance and marketing
The app for your team, on as many phones or tablets as you need
Cora answers your team's questions about each task
The AI prepares the routine work, and you approve it.
Everything in Basic, plus, in the modules you have:
Inventory: supplier orders prepared from your stock counts
People: next week's rota drafted from your bookings and sales
Marketing: replies to your reviews drafted for you to approve
A monthly allowance of AI actions for each location, shown in your panel. An action is one piece of work the AI prepares, such as an order, a rota or a reply.
It covers all the modules you choose there. A location is one address: a second till at the same address is an extra till, not a new location.
Each extra till at the same address
€9.90a month
Set-up, once per location
€290We set up the software and train your team. Free if you pay a year in advance.
Minimum term
None when you pay monthly: change modules or plan from your panel, and stop at the end of any month. A year paid in advance runs to its end.
When the AI allowance runs out
The AI starts preparing work again next month. Cora keeps answering questions.
Devices
Not included: phones, tablets, printers, card readers and the fiscal device your country requires.
Serbia: prices in dinars. No VAT is added while we invoice from outside the VAT system; if that changes, we tell you before it applies. Paid monthly in advance, by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice.
Prices in euros, plus VAT where it applies. Paid monthly in advance. Thailand: prices in baht, on the Thai page.
Thailand: prices in baht. No Thai VAT is added while we invoice from outside Thailand's VAT system; a VAT-registered business may have to declare it itself. If that changes, we tell you before it applies. Paid monthly in advance.
Other countries, or more than 40 locations: ask us. The till must meet each country's fiscal rules, so we open one country at a time.
Priced in euros, and in baht in Thailand. Each step comes only after the one before has earned it.
Free
A free diagnostic, before any contract.
Give us your website and we look at your business the way your customers find it online. Your diagnostic arrives by email. One per business, with no obligation.
Prices for one location. A hotel counts as three: its rooms, its restaurant and its bar. From 2 to 10 locations: one area €1,290, the Diagnostic 360 €3,390. From 11 to 40 locations: €1,890 and €4,890.
Step 2 · Fix it
Projects
When the diagnostic shows the most valuable fix, we quote it at a fixed price before we start. Where the usual ones begin:
Menu and price engineering
from €1,190
A dashboard your managers actually open
from €1,590
An automation that runs on its own
from €890
Step 3 · Keep watching
Monthly plans with our team
For hotels and restaurants: our people working with you every month. BusinessCore is billed on its own, at the prices above. A plan starts after your first Diagnostic 360, its set-up: you see what it found, then decide.
Monthly advice
€590a month
Minimum 3 months. After that, 30 days' notice.
From month 4, paid yearly:€490a month
We keep watch with the software. Each month we tell you what we found and what it is worth.
BusinessCore installed and explained to your team, at no extra cost
Every month we re-read the points of your 360
We alert you only to changes that have held for two months, so some months bring none
A report from us every month: what changed, why, and what it could be worth, as a range
Prices for one location. Each extra location adds €90 a month, and €40 from the eleventh; paid yearly, these stay the same. For our work, a hotel counts as three locations, and each further outlet as one more. Part of your team, for 2 to 10 locations: €2,490; from 11: €2,990, because its quarterly 360 is bigger. More than 40 locations, or another kind of business: we quote it.
Pay nothing if your data is not ready. A diagnostic is paid in two halves: when your data passes our check, and when we present the report, by video or in person. If only part of it passes, you pay only for what can go ahead. Presence and Growth start from public information, so their first half is paid when we start.
Nothing is paid twice. An area you add within six months costs the extra-area price, and a Diagnostic 360 from the last six months is your plan's set-up.
What every report contains. Each finding shows where its number comes from, what it could be worth as a range, and the first step. If one does not, we redo it at no cost.
Founding clients. The first ten businesses that take a Diagnostic 360 get a free re-check 90 days later, showing what has moved. If you like, we write up your case together: you approve every word and choose whether your name appears.
Recommend a business. When a business you recommend completes its first 3 months on a plan, we take one month of its plan price off your next invoice, up to your own monthly fee. Businesses with the same owner do not count.
Not included. Ad budgets, which you pay to Google or other platforms directly; other companies' software; tills, card readers and fiscal devices; travel, at cost and agreed first. Work beyond a plan or a fixed scope: €55 an hour, agreed in writing first.
VAT and payment. In Spain, IVA is added to these prices. In Serbia, no VAT is added while we invoice from outside the VAT system, so the price shown is the price you pay; euro prices are paid in dinars at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate on the invoice date. In Thailand, businesses pay the baht prices shown on the Thai page. No Thai VAT is added while we invoice from outside Thailand's VAT system; for our team's work, the business may have to declare and pay it itself, whether or not it is VAT-registered. If that changes, we tell you before it applies. Elsewhere, VAT is added where it applies. Plans are paid monthly in advance, against a pro-forma invoice.
Four promises we will never make you.
We will not say:It will be fast.
We take the time to do it properly. Every shortcut we measured cost more time than doing it well once.
We will not say:This will lift sales by 12%.
Someone else's percentage is a hypothesis. We measure yours, in your business.
We will not say:Results guaranteed.
A range, called potential, with the proof that your own team can reach it.
We will not say:Leave it with us, we'll handle it.
Nothing changes, sends or spends without your yes.
